Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will provide the following services for DOC: 2.5.1.Develop and facilitate standardized training for all PREA Compliance Managers (PCM). The training will focus on improving PCM’s knowledge and understanding of the PREA standards, audits and investigations. PCMs who are comfortable with the intent of the standards and requirements for compliance will allow them to increase sexual safety in the state’s six (6) institutions. It will also allow them to work more efficiently to ensure that PREA-related deadlines are met. 2.5.2.30-40 hour in person training for PCMs to include prevention and risk screening, vulnerable populations, staff/facility planning, supervision and monitoring, response & reporting, incident response, investigations, services and referrals, documentation, audit process and documentation, after action reviews, and data tracking. The delivery will be in person and will follow ITIP and be learner centered. Will include participant interaction through scenarios and/or activities. 2.5.3.Module development for web-based continual training for newly onboarded PCMs after onsite training. 2.6.PCM Manual to include. 2.6.1.PREA files 2.6.2.PREA audit 2.6.2.1.
