Specifications include, but are not limited to: The major items of work include furnishing and installing seismic control valves and vaults with associated piping, electrical, instrumentation, and controls at four of the City of Auburn's reservoirs (Reservoirs 4A, 4B, 8A, and 8B), and replacement of the air vents for three of the reservoirs (Reservoirs 4A, 4B, and 8A). The proposed bid range for the project is from $1,100,000 to $1,250,000. The entire project, including cleanup, shall be physically completed within 150 working days. This project is primarily funded by a FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant with grant match participation from the Washington State Military Department and the City of Auburn. Requirements stipulated for Federal and other governmental funding have been incorporated into the Contract Documents and require full compliance by the Contractor and any subcontractor hired by the Contractor
