Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Assess the City’s current and future transportation network (including roadway, multimodal, pedestrian, bicycle, and PTV infrastructure) and land use patterns. • Examine the transportation network including topography, right-of-way dimensions, stormwater infrastructure, utilities, intersections, and historically- and environmentally-sensitive areas; identify physical constraints related to such; and determine alternatives as necessary. • Determine proposed stormwater infrastructure feasibility and the potential for creative integration with the transportation network • Examine all ordinances, regulations, and policies related to the project scope, including transportation network and land use regulations and roadway design criteria. Note: Data from the existing Major Thoroughfare Plan will be updated and provided to the selected Firm for assessment once a contract has been executed.
