Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Create a user-friendly intranet platform that meets the specific needs of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business. • Improve internal communication by providing a centralized system for announcements, updates, and notifications. • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among faculty and staff through discussion forums, document sharing, and project collaboration tools. • Streamline administrative processes by integrating features such as event calendars, resource booking systems, and online forms. • Enhance accessibility and search functionality to ensure users can easily find the information and resources they need. • Implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure privacy. • Accommodate a faculty and staff of 350 to 500 users and be able to scale up to 5000+ users once rolled out to the rest of the Georgia State University colleges.
