Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Robinson College is seeking proposals to establish a contract with a qualified partner who will act as a PR agency of record (AOR) for the college to support our communication efforts around our brand as well as for our programs. The primary goals are increasing brand awareness and reputation, as well as leveraging our presence as an R1 research institution. The agency must be able to deliver the following services, on an on-going basis for the entirety of the contract: Provide strategic counsel and execute on a well-defined and measurable PR strategy. Ongoing communications support for a multi-product portfolio that includes graduate, undergraduate and doctoral degrees in various disciplines. Strategic counsel and account management. Results reporting, analysis, and recommendations. Additional incremental projects as needed. Acceptance of the proposal by GSU shall not constitute a contract between the University and selected vendor. GSU is not obligated to purchase any service nor the least expensive solution.
