Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Selective demolition and renovation of the Administrative Wing on the Fourth Floor of the Downtown Center,. a. Demolition of select areas of the Fourth Floor Administrative Wing offices, conference rooms and lobby area including, but not limitted to partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, casework, fixtures, accessories, mechanical system components, plumbing system components and electrical system components. b. Construction of new walls between offices, conference room, lobby and the new break room including, but not limited to partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, casework, fixtures, accessories, mechanical system components, plumbing system components and electrical system components. c. Associated demolition and construction as required to complete the work of the contract.
