The project includes improvements to the Columbia County Racquet Center located at 421 The Pass in Augusta, Georgia. These improvements include minor grading, construction of ten (10) acrylic surface asphalt pickleball courts, installation of pickleball court equipment and fencing with acoustic dampening screens, construction of concrete sidewalks, and full depth asphalt replacement with applicable striping of a section of existing parking lot at The Pass entrance. This project also entails installation of electrical lighting at both parking lots at The Pass and Cedar Rock Drive entrances, and the pickleball courts. Installation of surface drainage structures and an underground storm conveyance system, sanitary sewer services, and water utilities is proposed surrounding the pickleball courts. Landscaping surrounding pickleball courts area is also included in the improvements.
