The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, on behalf of the Public Works Department, is accepting bids as described in the scope of work to repair the interior and exterior at the Transportation Building. The scope of work is to provide labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform the work to repair interior water damage including drywall, caulking, and painting of the ornamental interior on the ceiling and walls. The exterior shall include painting, caulking, minor repairs to all the eves, trim, around the windowpanes, etc., and pressure washing all of the masonry and concrete.
