Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Manchester School District is currently seeking professional development for staff training in Restorative Practices Fundamentals for Educators and Restorative Justice Conferencing to support the Multi-Tiered System of Support for Behavioral Health (MTSS-B) framework. Delivery of Restorative Practices Fundamentals for Educators staff training should be developmentally appropriate for grade level implementation at the elementary, middle, and high school level. A. There will be 4 scheduled training sessions with 4 cohorts over a period of 4 days during the week of August 12th - 15th, 2024 ● One session (over 2 days) in Restorative Practices Fundamentals for Educators for 2 cohorts of 45 staff in each cohort (1 elementary; 1 middle school) ● One session (over the next 2 days) in Restorative Practices Fundamentals for Educators for 2 additional cohorts of 45 staff in each cohort (1 middle school; 1 high school) B. There will be a separate training session over a period of 2 days (August 6th & 7th, 2024) for professional development in Restorative Justice Conferencing for up to 45 staff/community partners.
