The Offeror will integrate services with SAP Success Factors and provide texting capabilities to applicants from application through onboarding. The Offeror will also provide a platform for candidates to complete one-way video interviews as determined and designed by the hiring manager. The Offeror will also allow FCS to leverage conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) to engage potential candidates, provide them with information regarding the district and allow them to apply via text for some position types. This Request for Proposal (RFP) requires potential Offerors to provide all relevant information based on the requested configurations detailed within the RFP. The selected Offeror(s) is expected to provide and support network server equipment in accordance with specifications and requirements contained herein. The project scope and requirements within this RFP are based on FCS’s current understanding of network server technologies, organizational needs, and candidate requirements. As the project is executed, areas may be identified that are not covered as part of the original requirements.
