Supply and install all required equipment, materials, and labor for “100% Turnkey” installation and complete commissioning of dual port EV charging station including, but not limited to: Provide preliminary design for installation of chargers subject to approval by City of Biddeford; Provide final design for installation of chargers, including designation of parking spaces, power source, power requirements, metering location, trenching plan, subject to approval by City of Biddeford; Supply one (1) ChargePoint Model CT 4021 dual port Level 2 electric vehicle charging station, including quote for both 1‐year and 5‐year networking plan; Supply and install concrete mounting base for charger; Supply and install two (2) protective bollards for charger; Obtain all necessary electrical permits, including applicable taxes; Provide trenching and backfill (or similar) for electrical conduit, as needed for electrical service; Extend and install electric service to charger location; Install and commission EV charger. Contract will be negotiated upon acceptance of proposal by City and award of grant by U.S. DOT. Grant will be awarded late Spring, 2024.
