Our primary objectives are to enhance user training, increase proficiency, and improve overall operational efficiency within the STATE departments. The solution should also support embedding in public facing applications in addition to internal STATE user applications.; The solution must be compliant with security standards that apply to the applications it is integrated with. A SOC 2 Type II report is required, and StateRAMP or FedRAMP Authorized certification is desired.
