Contractor shall furnish all transportation, labor, materials (moisture sealant and adhesive), services, training, insurance, and equipment as needed to complete the application of moisture sealant, removal and installation of provided flooring material. Contractor Shall: A. Ensure all cracks and gaps are filled, sanded, and leveled for application of vinyl tile using a Portland based leveling compound. B. Remove all current vinyl tiles. C. Prepare worksite to prevent any damages to existing walls, ceiling, floor, other equipment, etc. Contractor at no expense to the CHP, shall repair all damages caused by the contractor, contractor’s subs and/or vendors. D. Ensure that all vinyl materials are properly removed and disposed of. E. All work to be done in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended procedures.
