Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall install fire alarm system in accordance with the National Fire Protection Agency – NFPA 72, latest edition adopted by the State of California. B. Contractor shall replace Alarm Panel. C. Contractor shall replace seventy-four (74) smoke detectors in various locations inside the Office as identified during the bid walk. D. Contractor shall replace eight (8) heat detectors in various locations. E. Contractor shall replace two (2) white ceiling strobes, two (2) white ceiling horn strobes, and one (1) white outdoor horn strobe, and necessary devices. F. Contractor shall document and provide a list of the make, model, and serial number of fire alarm equipment to Facilities Analyst, or designee. G.
