Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Mowing, irrigation, and fence trimming Pismo Beach Complex: 1. Provide equipment and labor to mow the interior turf of baseball and softball fields including areas of turf surrounding the outer perimeter of the athletic fields two (2) times per week. String trimmer will be used on fencing both inside and out of baseball and softball fields. Provide labor to maintain proper irrigation of the fields using the Town’s irrigation equipment. B. Provide mowing services for all Town properties which include: 1. All Town Cemeteries (as needed to maintain a clean and maintained appearance) i. To include spring (prior to Memorial Day) and fall cleanup (after October 1st) of brush and debris. 2. Town Office (to be mowed twice weekly) 127 Pottle Road 3. Oxford Meeting House, Corner of Main and King Street 4. Recreation Center, 223 King Street 5. Thompson Lake Dam grounds, Pleasant Street 6. Town memorial near Post Office 7. Pottle Field, Pottle Road to include the entrance.
