Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Prepare and complete valuation appraisals for all parcels on the project. 2. Provide the County with a monthly updated project delivery schedule throughout the valuation appraisal process to minimize, eliminate, and ensure timely completion of the Right-of-Way acquisition process. 3. Provide support to the County Attorney as necessary throughout all property closing transactions to ensure the project delivery schedule is not delayed. 4. Provide support to the Right-of-Way Acquisition Firm throughout the negotiation and acquisition phase. 5. Provide and complete all GDOT required forms as necessary during the valuation appraisal process. 6. Ensure all valuation appraisals are in compliance with local, state and federal code requirements. 7. Maintain clear, legible, and chronologically organized records in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements. Provide at least one (1) electronic version for each separate parcel transaction record of valuation appraisal services to the County at the completion of all valuation appraisal services. 8. Provide support and work closely with the Project Right-of-Way Acquisition Services Firm as required and requested by the County. 9. Provide written certification to the County that all parcel valuation appraisals have been conducted and completed in accordance with GDOT Right-of-Way Policy & Procedures. 10. Ensure all Valuation Appraisal Services provided are in complete and total compliance with Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures set forth by GDOT Right-ofWay Policy & Procedures. 11. Furnish all required Valuation Appraisal documents to the County at completion of the Right-of-Way Valuation Appraisal process.
