The City of Atlanta's Department of Procurement ("DOP") on behalf of the Atlanta Department of Transportation ("DOT"), is seeking qualified contractors to complete the North Highland Ave pedestrian safety project. The work includes refreshing of pavement markings, adding a bike lane on the north side, new on‐street parking, a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) at the intersection with Inman Village, marked midblock crosswalk, and sidewalk and ADA ramp construction. Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon Installation Cheshire Bridge Rd at Lenox Rd includes Installation of pedestrian hybrid beacons and pavement markings, signs, ADA ramps, utility adjustments and Fiber connection to existing network. Pedestrian Safety Improvements at Macon Drive at Old Hapeville Rd includes installation of crosswalks, Stop bar and other pavement markings, ADA Ramps and sidewalk and construction of gravity wall.
