Specifications include, but are not limited to: construct a Science, Engineering, and National Security Corridor on the campus of the University of North Dakota. Included in the scope of work for the CMaR is the demolition of existing facilities, construction or modification of campus utilities, construction of new Science, Engineering, and National Security educational and research facilities, renovations in existing facilities related to Science, Engineer, and National Security, construction of supporting facilities such as parking lots, site improvements, and infrastructure to support the Universities Science, Engineering, and National Security initiatives. Projects within this scope of services may be phased over time to align with approved funding from the North Dakota State Legislature, State Board of Higher Education, University of North Dakota Alumni Association fundraising efforts, and UND’s ability to contribute local funds to the project if deemed necessary. The University of North Dakota reserves the right to determine the scope of work for the CMaR at UND’s sole discretion.
