Specifications include, but are not limited to: Put simply, the City is seeking a skilled partner to help it assess the optimum mix of uses for this site, provide design concepts that reflect that mix, analyze relevant market and economic data to test and support it, and develop a process and timeline to bring it to fruition. As noted above, the requested visioning and concept design processes should inform demolition/remediation as well as redevelopment options, and should consider potential impacts – positive and negative – of the redevelopment plan on downtown, the community, and region. The selected firm will collaborate with the City and its third-party advisors (AE2S on infrastructure, Baker Tilly on financial maters) to develop a detailed scope of work and �meline to include, at minimum, the following services and deliverables.
