Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Penobscot County Commissioners (County) are seeking qualified firms (Bidder) to provide proposals to replace key HVAC equipment serving the Franklin St. building. The awarded Bidder will be responsible for completing an in-depth examination of the building, and based on said examination, provide equipment designed properly for the size and use of the building. The bidder’s proposed scope of work should include all necessary equipment, material, permits / licenses, and manpower to perform the required tasks. This project does not include dealing with any hazardous materials. If any such materials are found, the removal and disposal of any hazardous/universal waste will be performed by others
