Specifications include, but are not limited to: design and facilitate a participatory process that will create a launch plan for a sports facility in Little Rock, incorporating previous development studies as applicable. The plan should identify competitive positioning, financial forecast, marketing and creative design to help launch the sports facility and identify possible organizations to manage the facility. The process and final plan should include, at a minimum: Research and identify a sustainable facility management model combining facility recommendations and financial forecasts. Development of engagement and presentation materials to present to possible partners, stakeholders, project contributors, and City leaders. Contribute towards the site and building conceptual designs. Solicit proposals from potential partners on the project and facilitate discussions with these partners and key project stakeholders.
