The City of Sandpoint is requesting proposals from a commercial tenant for the furnishing of all staffing and needed equipment to provide food concessions on a competitive level at City Beach’s Martha’s Snack Shack beginning the summer season of 2024 – May 18, 2024 thru Labor Day – September 02, 2024. The concession lease agreement will include the 2024 season and include two, one-year options to renew for the 2025 and 2026 seasons, to be further discussed and negotiated after review of the first season. The concession operator and the City of Sandpoint will review the concession arrangement at the conclusion of the first year to determine if the first one-year option will be exercised and, if so, will be amended in writing and signed by both Parties. The City’s needs are outlined in the following Request for Proposal (RFP).
