Solution to replace part of the current Roadway Inventory Management System (RIMS) system and entire Preliminary and Contract Estimate Reporting (PACER) system and to automate several manual tasks. The vision includes the solution beginning when a project comes out of the project master / STIP (Aurigo Masterworks solution) to the point of executing a contract. This will include storing and maintaining cost estimates, creating specifications, generating public notes and milestones tracking. Construction and project scheduling features can be included as a value-add. The proposed system(s) shall have the capability to add, store, and maintain project data in a single database to enhance records and asset management accuracy and reduce duplicate data entry. The proposed system(s) shall have the ability to automatically save entered data to reduce duplicate data entry. The vendor(s) shall provide a solution that supports searchability and reuse of historical data.
