Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Remove roof per DGS specifications and plans (see attached). B. Remove all dry rot underlayment sheeting and replace with same thickness plywood per DGS specifications and plans (see attached). C. Ensure slope to drains by building up roof deck per DGS specifications and plans (see attached). D. Haul away all debris caused by the above work according to code and industry standards. E. The roofing system must be installed by a manufacturer approved Contractor to ensure installation guidelines are met. At the time of contract award, the Contractor will provide a completed warranty (no dollar limit) application form the manufacturer and upon completion of the project a completed warranty to the CHP. All projects must have a manufacturer warranty application number assigned prior to inspection. F. Contractor will guarantee (no dollar limit) workmanship for five (5) years. G. Product delivery, storage, and handling deliver materials to the job site in original, unopened containers, with the manufacturer's name, brand name and installation instructions.
