Contractor to supply all materials, labor, and equipment to install 250 linear feet of a 24” diameter, 0.375inch thick coated steel casing pipe under and across the BNSFRR Right of Way. Contractor to supply and install duct spacers through casing pipe from end to end. Contractor to install owner-furnished ducts (1-2” and 4-5”) from end to end of casing pipe using contractor supplied duct spacers, no filling of casing pipe around ducts is required. Contractor to handle costs and coordination associated with Railroad Protective Liability Insurance, Flagging (Flagmen) and inspection/observation as are applicable and as required by BNSFRR. Contractor to leave bell holes open if necessary for owner to extend duct work. Owner will “fence” off open excavation. The location of this bore is across BNSFRR east of the UPRR tracks between U.S. Highway 6 and 7th Street R.O.W. in Hastings.
