Specifications include, but are not limited to: To procure construction services from a reputable company for the purposes of building a Collared Lizard Back-Holding building. The layout will be 8ft. X 77ft. X 8ft. tall outside exhibit. The 77ft. will be divided into roughly 4- 16 ft. sections and the last section will be roughly 13Ft. Each section will have a man door that will be built to fit in the 4ft.X6ft. opening, including the 213ft. section. Doors will be constructed out of 2X4 cypress with 1X1 galvanized wire with 3 hinges and 1 locking door latch. It will be constructed out of 4X4 cypress for the post. And 2X4 cypress for the side runners and roof. The 4X4 cypress post will line up with every post and 4ft. on center and be attached to each post by a 2X4 metal joist hanger. On the ground will be ¼" PVC coated hardware cloth wrap up the post 8" through out the 8ft. X 77ft. area. The first 2ft. on the side from the ground will be ½ HDPE UV stable with vents cut in 8"X 2'; 1X1 galvanized welded wire covering hole and Pictured Framed out with the HDPE.
