Specifications include, but are not limited to: – The Town of Vershire is seeking engineering services to design and prepare engineering plans for a new structure to replace a damaged culvert on Mero Road/Town Highway #36. ● Project kick-off to include: ● Inspection of the existing temporary culvert and site, ● Review Town Codes and Standards and preliminary H & H Study, ● ANR Rivers Management requirements and standards, ● FEMA’s hazard mitigation requirements, ● Complete a preliminary design alternatives analysis (prefer a minimum of 3 alternatives) ● Develop costs, recommendations and justifications, as appropriate for each alternative. ● Discuss alternatives analysis with town and ANR. This information will be made available to FEMA for review of project scope of work. ● Develop a final design for the chosen alternative including design details, special requirements, cost estimate and quantities.
