Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clearing; R&D Pipe Culverts; R&D Flared End Sections; R&D Concrete Driveway; R&D Concrete Sidewalk; R&D Asphalt Pavement; Borrow Material (Off-site Material); 30” F.E.S. R.C. Pipe (Labor Only)* Area disturbed, shall be backfilled, and cleaned and dressed and left in a neat condition acceptable to the City of Jonesboro, before payment. The Contractor shall furnish concrete, flowable fill, aggregate base course class 7, fill sand, backfill soil, expansion, key-ways and any other materials required for proper installation. Contractor shall perform cleanup of all debris after completion of sections. Unclassified Excavation shall consist of the excavation and disposal of all materials of whatever character encountered in the work. Borrow material shall consist of a soil, or a mixture of soil and stone or gravel or other acceptable material, reasonably free from sod, stumps, logs, roots, or other perishable or deleterious matter, and shall be capable of forming a stable embankment when compacted. All work shall be in accordance with the Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department Standard Specifications for Highway construction, Latest Edition. The Contractor shall be responsible for the payment of any and all sub-contractors, supplies, and equipment. Under no circumstances shall the City be liable for these costs. The Contractor shall be responsible for all utility locates before each job. The Contractor shall provide the One-Call reference number to the City of Jonesboro prior to the start of construction. The Contractor shall be responsible for any and all damages made by the Contractor. Under no conditions will the City be responsible once the scope of the job is given.
