Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as providing all necessary labor and materials for the replacement of the exterior portion of the sewer line that has the largest belly and the replacement of floor drains in the kitchen area at the Ada County Juvenile Services Detention Center, located at 6300 W. Denton St., Boise, Idaho 83704 (“Center”), all as more fully described in this Project Manual and as detailed in the drawings included herein (the “Project”). a. The Base Bid will include the following work: all necessary labor and materials for the replacement of the exterior portion of the sewer line that has the largest belly and the replacement of floor drains in the kitchen area at the Center as described in the Project Manual entitled Bid 24040 Ada County Juvenile Services Kitchen Drains Replacement/Wing 2 Sewer Line Replacement 2024, and as shown in the drawings included therein. b. Due to potential funding constraints, the Project also includes one (1) Additive Alternate Bid for the following work: all necessary labor and materials for the replacement of floor drains in two restrooms at the Center as described in the Project Manual entitled Bid 24040 Ada County Juvenile Services Kitchen Drains Replacement/Wing 2 Sewer Line Replacement 2024, and as shown in the drawings included therein.
