Specifications include, but are not limited to: Weekly Maintenance • All lawn/turf areas to be mowed weekly. • Grass clippings will be swept or blown from walks, and curbs. • At the time of mowing, all turf areas will be trimmed by mechanical means in those areas inaccessible to mowers. • Concrete walks adjacent to turf areas are to be edged weekly during the growing season. • Trash and debris removal during routine maintenance visits. • Sidewalk/Riverwalk pathways shall be kept clean in a broom swept fashion • The contractor shall attend meetings and site inspections of the grounds as requested. Spring Clean Up • All beds, grass areas, and parking lots will be cleared of winter debris. • Remove all debris from property and properly dispose of it. • Mulch appropriately beds and remove weeds and unwelcomed vegetated growth • Install (3) Fountains in River at designated locations; Fall Clean-up • In the fall, leaves are to be raked/swept, bagged and removed • General cleanup of the grounds • Remove (3) Fountains in River
