Specifications include, but are not limited to: ● Contractor shall perform monthly inspections and treatment for ants, spiders, rodents, earwigs, yellow jackets, wasps, roaches, and fleas. ● Contractor shall perform bi-annual treatment of all buildings with a gas-powered spray system operating at a minimum of 90 psi and 9 gpm to ensure proper coverage of at least 15 ft. up the sides of all buildings and around all doors, windows and foundations. ● Contractor shall perform bed bug heat treatments on a by request basis. ● University Housing and Residence Life (HRL) Custodial Superintendent, will be the University’s contact with the Contractor. ● Contractor will receive work requests via email from BSU University Housing, and the Contractor shall begin work within 24 hours. ● Contractor shall furnish all necessary chemicals, labor and materials, service equipment, tools and transportation to complete pest control services listed on the work request.
