Specifications include, but are not limited to: CLEANING & INSPECTIONS: The University reserves the right to add or delete buildings, as circumstances require. Therefore, a base cost must be stated for new buildings to be added. Perform all required cleaning and inspection hood systems on the A-State campus (see attached list for locations). Cleaning and inspection shall be performed at the intervals listed on attached sheet. All appropriate documentation shall be completed according to the most recently adopted state code. All service personnel shall be in uniform with appropriate identification on their person. All testing and inspections must be coordinated through Arkansas State University Safety Office and service personnel must notify Arkansas State University Jonesboro campus personnel upon arrival to campus, and notify Arkansas State University Jonesboro campus personnel when work is complete. Arkansas State University Jonesboro campus will provide escorts in buildings where required. Service personnel must notify the University Police Department before starting work and after completion to eliminate possibility of unnecessary fire department response. Service personnel must leave work area clean and free of debris upon completion of service. Arkansas State University Safety Office requires photos of condition of equipment prior to, and upon completion of services. This contract can be cancelled by Arkansas State University at any time for any reason.
