(*length dimensions can be slightly adjusted to tightly fit cattle panels for welding simplification) • Steel tubing 1” square, thickness 14 gauge. • Top corners of panel tubing are to be squared. • Hinge pins constructed from 1/2" diameter steel rod. • The upper hinge pins are 5.75” long with 3.5” exposed below the strap and .25” above the strap for welding. • The lower hinge pins are 5” long with 2.75” exposed below the strap .25” above the strap for welding. • The bottom of the lower hinge pin strap is 18” above the bottom of the panel. • The bottom of the upper hinge pin straps is 70.5” above the bottom of the panel. • The bottom of the lower hinge loop is 15.75” above the bottom of the panel. • The bottom of the upper hinge loop is 69” above the bottom of the panel. • Hinges loops constructed from 2” X 1/8” steel strapping. • Panel to be made up of 4 horizontal tubes; one 8” above the ground, one at 59” above the ground, one at 71” above the ground, one at the top of the panel. • Standard galvanized cattle panel 16’ X 50” X 4 gauge, welded to gate every 16” with 2” welds all the way around the entire panel OR held in place by 1” lengths of L-channel every 16” all the way around the entire panel. • Vertical spacers between the top 3 horizontal bars 65” (horizontal) inches from either side of the panel.
