The work contemplated herein falls into two general categories. The categories include; 1. Preventative Maintenance, and 2. Problem/Troubleshooting Calls. Services to be performed hereunder by the Company for the Municipality shall include, without limitation, the following: 1. Provide each City Department through the life of the contract with a current list of emergency contact names and phone numbers for afterhours emergencies 2. Respond within 3 hours to any immediate needs for service day or night, weekends and holidays included. 3. Be able to provide preventative and problem/troubleshooting boiler services in accordance with applicable codes and electrical requirements for City buildings and properties to include all municipal buildings, parks, athletic fields and any other properties under the ownership, utilization or management of the City. The City does not affirm or represent any type of conditions the Contractor will face during the life of this contract or when the services will be needed.
