Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful offeror(s) shall provide services in a manner that are recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered. The successful offeror(s) shall provide clinical and non-clinical services to personnel from the North Dakota Highway Patrol, North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation, North Dakota Parole and Probation Division, North Dakota Game and Fish, North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department, and local first responder agency personnel in their region. Please note these are not on-call services. The successful offeror(s) will be given at least 24-hours’ notice prior to CISM debriefings and will have up to 72 hours to provide clinical services once initiated by personnel. The successful offeror(s) shall provide the following non-clinical services: Participate in two hours of agency training or engagement each month during contract period. Reserve four clinical hours per month for psychotherapy for personnel who seek services. Participate in monthly clinician meetings, scheduled by the STATE. Participate, but not required, in CISM in-person debriefings in the successful offerors’ respective region. Approximately 48-hours’ notice is given prior to CISM debriefings. Submit monthly reports to STATE, using a template provided by STATE. The successful offeror(s) shall provide clinical services within 72 hours of personnel seeking assistance. The first visit and any subsequent visits may be in-person or via telehealth. The successful offerors’ mental health clinicians must be “in-network” with the North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System (NDPERS) Sanford Health plan or any other plan contracted by NDPERS to serve state employees. The successful offeror(s) shall bill all clinical services to the client’s insurance and are not reimbursable by STATE.
