Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. The scope of work shall include service (preventative maintenance and repair) warranties and supplies for the Millipore water purification systems at the locations stated in the Water Purification Systems by Agency table below. This agreement shall provide for the coverage of service (preventative maintenance and repair, non-emergency repair, and emergency repair) and supplies for the nine (9) Millipore water purification systems servicing the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Safety, for thirty-six (36) months, listed below. The total number of service visits shall be determined by the Manufacturer’s recommended service schedule and shall be provided to the Agency from the Vendor. At a minimum, all Millipore units will undergo both a semi-annual and annual service, including sanitation services for both visits. All Millipore systems shall include the following coverage: • 24/7 technical support by Vendor. Agency shall provide serial number for system at time of call. • All replacement parts produced by MilliporeSigma. • All repairs completed by Millipore trained service engineer/technician. • Semi-annual preventative maintenance visit, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical checks. • Comprehensive checkup of system specifications and operational functions. • Preventive replacement of worn parts with unit system-specific maintenance kit. • Auditable service operating procedures and checklist. • Software and firmware updates. The following are applicable to specific systems: Serial numbers F0BB91500D, F5SA80564C, F6KA91480C, F1JB21749A, F1PB63842D: • Unlimited troubleshooting/repair visits during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM). • All necessary spare parts replaced free of charge. o Replacement parts do not cover consumables such as filtration cartridges, UV lamps, RO membranes, or EDI modules. Serial number F2HA15875B: • A one-time per year floating repair visit to assist with any unexpected system issues. o This service covers all charges for spare parts.
