The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, on behalf of the Police Department is accepting bids to purchase emergency response equipment as a Term Contract (TC) and subsequent model year Dodge Durango for utilization as marked and unmarked police vehicles. The Police Department shall purchase this year 2024 ten (10) Dodge Durangos for patrol functions and four (4) additional unmarked vehicles will be bought with limited undercover lighting and police accessories. The Police Department will purchase this year 2024 one (1) Ford Maverick for traffic accident investigation. Future current year Dodge Durango vehicles will be acquired and additional Ford Mavericks in subsequent years. Bids shall be accepted and subsequently awarded to the successful bidder of police emergency response equipment, which meets or exceeds the following requirements (Whelan, Havis, Pro-Gard, and Lund part numbers as provided or approved equivalent).The following specifications describe the minimum requirements.
