A. One visit per month at a mutually agreed upon time for routine maintenance, repair, and alignment of equipment. B. Respond within 24 hours upon receiving a call for expedite service and/or repair. C. If unable to effect repair on a piece of equipment, Contractor will arrange for repair, to include packaging and shipping, with an appropriate manufacturer or repair facility. D. Equipment integration services, including making recommendations for the physical layout of equipment, provide diagrams of proposed and installed configurations, determination of audio, video, power, control, and synchronizing interconnections. E. Documentation of interconnections and labeling of all cables. F. Make recommendations on system upgrades and enhancements.
