Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor to remove two (2) electronic slide gates and operators. B. Contractor to weld double slide gates together to convert into a single slide gate. C. Contractor to extend existing ground track by trenching, framing, and pouring concrete for additional ground track to accommodate single slide gate length. D. Contractor to install slide gate, guards, and chain. E. Contractor to install a new heavy duty electric slide gate operator using Doorking 9210- 1HP continuous duty 120V or equal. F. Contractor to rewire accessories to new opener, i.e. gate loops. G. Contractor to lube all points of friction, including but not limited to, rollers, bearings, gears, and guides. H. Contractor shall ensure gate is balanced and make any adjustments needed for proper clearance and tolerances. I. Contractor shall test the function of the gate to ensure it is operational. J. Contractor shall oil any moving parts, align, tighten drive chain, set limit switches, etc. K. Contractor shall keep the work area clean from debris and remove all trash off site daily. L. Contractor to replace overhead rollers and three gate loops. M. Contractor to install new sensor photo safety eye and cover. N. Contractor to paint gate at end of project, color to be selected by CHP. O. Contractor shall ensure all opening accessories are in working order, (i.e., gate loops, keypad, safety eye, remotes, exit loop push button). P. Work to be completed within 15 business days once the project has started.
