Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 Provide a designated 1.0 FTE staff person to serve as the SD TRAIN Affiliate Site Supervisor, providing technical assistance and support to the South Dakota Department of Health staff and partners. 3.2 Participate in the New Employee Orientation Planning Committee and participate in new employee onboarding and training, as directed by SD DOH staff. 3.3 Collaborate with South Dakota Department of Health staff to add new courses to SD TRAIN, as directed by SD DOH staff. 10 3.4 Collaborate with South Dakota Department of Health staff to oversee mandatory training completion and compliance in SD TRAIN, as directed by SD DOH staff. 3.5 Participate in conferences, meeting, workgroups, or other trainings as deemed appropriate by SD DOH. 3.6 Produce monthly reports of activities, as determined by SD DOH, and submit by the 10th of each month for the month prior. 3.7 Qualified candidates should demonstrate and give examples of the following: 3.7.1 Proven experience as a Training Administrator 3.7.1 Experience in project management 3.7.2 Knowledge of health education and public health 3.7.3 Experience fulfilling project management roles related to public health and successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. 3.7.4 Knowledge and experience working with the TRAIN training platform and/or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) 3.7.5 Outstanding communication skills 3.7.6 Strong attention to detail
