• Design of the system must be stamped by an FPE, and shall comply with NFPA 13 Code • Design of the system must be permitted and reviewed by The Laconia Fire Department. • All permits, and inspections fees to be paid for by vendor • The only access to the attic is through the ceiling access hatches located in each hall, and Mechanical spaces. • All new piping will be schedule 40 black pipe and Mega Press fittings. • New Dry Valves. • New Jockey pumps, riser mounted. • All new 5 year pressure gauges (liquid) to be installed. • All new sprinkler heads to be installed. • All wall penetrations must be filled with fire stopping. • At conclusion, as built plans will be provided by vendor (PDF). • SITE VISIT WILL BE MANDATORY (RSVP appreciated)
