Rural Community Transportation, Inc. (RCT) is a private not for profit agency which provides public transit services to Caledonia, Orleans, Essex and Lamoille Counties in Vermont. RCT receives federal funding for deviated fixed routes, commuter routes, demand response services, and micro-transit through grants from the Vermont Agency of Transportation. RCT provides paratransit services for citizens with disabilities. RCT also operates the Vermont Older Adults and Persons with Disabilities Program as well as provides Medicaid transportation services to qualified individuals. RCT has an existing fleet of 23 vehicles, of which 18 are cutaway vans and five are small SUVs. RCT is requesting fixed price bids for the purchase of 18 2-position bike racks for its the cutaway vehicles in its fleet.
