Specifications include, but are not limited to: Performance of various Emergency Generator Service and Maintenance Services at the University, which may include the following preventative maintenance type of issues: ● Inspection, servicing, and repairing the mechanical and electrical systems of the University’s emergency generators, including the generator systems, transfer switch components, controls, and operating systems, both analog and digital. Diagnostic troubleshooting of web and cloud-based monitoring systems, including installation, programming, troubleshooting, and repairs; ● Completion of any University or standard industry documentation related to the generator systems; and, ● Specific related work as described by the University. ● Our goal is to implement an alternating service plan, where approximately half of the equipment undergoes an enhanced service (oil changes, filter changes, and load bank tests) on a biennial basis.
