Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock is seeking legislative consultant services to provide representation and advice to City management and elected officials regarding legislative issues. Services include working with members of the Arkansas General Assembly and others in government to make the City's position known on multiple issues. Additionally, advice on governmental issues outside of state legislation may be sought. With the high volume of legislation that is filed during legislative sessions of the General Assembly, the City would benefit from legislative consultant services to provide insight on legislation and political strategy. Legislative consultant services will also be needed to execute the City's strategy. Additional policy and budget issues may arise outside of the regular session, too, so that diverse, broad-ranging political expertise may be called upon outside of the regular session.
