Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking a contractor to, at a minimum; provide all the following functions for the Centers for Wellbeing program: • Work under direction of EAP Resilient Workplace Program Manager to develop and implement various aspects of a Resilient Workplace Certification Program. Encourage employers to (1) actively participate in and refer injured and ill employees to the RETAIN Return-to-Work program and (2) adopt practices that reduce work disability and lead to more resilient, healthy workplaces that benefit the health and well-being of employees. • Implement an extensive outreach campaign to engage Vermont employers in the Resilient Workplace Certification program. • Work with interested employers to implement a strategic plan to train their management and employees on core components of Resilient Workplace implementation, including RTW/SAW (Return-to-Work/Stay-atWork) best practices and actively referring employees to RETAIN. • Develop and deliver Resilient Workplace trainings, including developing on-demand trainings for the RETAIN learning platform, on topics that include Return-to-Work best practices and creating psychologically healthy workplaces. • Conduct pre- and post- employee assessments to measure impact and effectiveness of trainings. • Expand BSI efforts to include offering behavioral health risk assessments to employees at participating Resilient Workplace employers as a means enhance program sustainability
