Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this specification is to describe all the necessary components and accessories needed to provide a complete truck wash system to apply an anti-corrosive foaming cleaner to a NDDOT snowplow truck and other miscellaneous maintenance equipment. The truck wash system shall be standard production of the latest model with standard accessories and in addition meet or exceed the following minimum specifications: 1. Cleaning Agent a. Biodegradable liquid compound that eliminates salt film, grease, oil and grime which leaves behind a deep protective coating that inhibits rust. b. Liquid compound should contain a salt neutralizer, cleaner, degreaser, waxing agent, rust inhibitor and residue remover. c. Available in a finished product when mixed with water or concentrate, if concentrate is mixed with water, please provide the mix ratio information. d. Shall be safe to apply to all surfaces: chrome, glass, metal, hydraulic rams, electrical connectors, rubber, aluminum, and stainless steel. 2. Application Equipment a.
