Specifications include, but are not limited to: 11.1. The Contractor shall be responsible for supplying and delivering Rotary Screw Air Compressor and Installation per the specifications listed below and in the Line Items Section of E-Bid. 11.2. Bidder is responsible for complete installation and commission of equipment. 11.3. The requirements for the Rotary Screw Air Compressor and Installation are listed in below. 11.3.1. New Quincy QGS-25 rotary screw air compressor or equivalent. 11.3.2. Supplier must remove the old air compressor and install the new, including electrical and plumbing into existing infrastructure. StarTran will be responsible for the disposal of old equipment. 11.3.3. Must be supplied with a mounted dewpoint refrigerated air dryer. 11.3.4. Compressor Specifications 11.3.4.1. 25 HP drive motor minimum 11.3.4.2. 125 PSI operating pressure minimum 11.3.4.3. 96 CFM rated minimum at full load operating pressure. 11.3.4.4. 120 Gallon tank capacity minimum 11.3.4.5. 70 dBA at 3 feet maximum under full load. 11.3.4.6. 208/230v 3 phase power. 11.3.4.7.
