Full cost estimating and constructability review, for the ventilation and air conditioning elements for a future project(s). Each design element is described as follows: Boiler Replacement: The proposal will include full design and construction administration services for the boiler replacement project. USNH will be engaging a construction manager to provide preconstruction services, which will include cost estimating. PSU engaged RFS Engineers to review the systema and provide recommendations regarding replacement or upgrade. This report is included in this RFP. Ventilation System: The proposal will include full Schematic Design elements, which will allow the Construction Manager (CM) to provide pricing for PSU to seek funding sources. Working with the CM will also include identification of long lead components and integration with the boiler replacement project. Air Conditioning: The proposal will include full Schematic Design elements, which will allow the Construction Manager (CM) to provide pricing for PSU to seek funding sources. Working with the CM will also include identification of long lead components and integration with the boiler replacement project. Coordinating with PSU staff the project team will identify areas where air conditioning will be installed.
