Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be included in the Construction Contract is generally described as providing all materials and labor necessary to complete a limited remodel of approximately 2,100 square feet of space comprised of the Programs Office within in the Ada County Public Safety Building located at 7200 Barrister Drive, Boise, ID 83704. The work generally includes but is not limited to the selective demolition of certain improvements, including furnishings, partitions, doors, interior glazing, flooring, and ceiling finishes and the construction and installation of doors and glazing, hardware, flooring and wall finishes, acoustical ceilings, fire suppression modifications, mechanical distribution, electrical and communications devices, and the removal, renovation, and reinstallation of existing light fixtures as more specifically detailed in the Project Manual entitled Bid 24038 Ada County Public Safety Building Programs Office Remodel 2024 and the specifications and plans set forth therein (“Project”).
