Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified vendors are invited to bid on the labor and materials required to complete the removal of existing solar panel array and install new upgraded panels and controllers for an off grid solar system at Green River State Park as specified in the attached request for proposal, scope of work. Work will occur in the upper parking area of Green River State Park. •Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment to perform all tasks detailed in this scope of work.• Contractor shall keep jobsite orderly throughout project. At the end of each day all tools shall be stowed away, materials stacked neatly and covered with a tarp when possible.• Contractor shall uninstall and remove existing panels and controllers and kept in a conditionto be reused.•The State of Vermont Department of Forest Parks and Recreation will retain possession ofexisting solar equipment to be removed
